Along with members of her family and her husband Blake Shelton, Lambert contributed a very personal item to the decoration of the trailer.
"This is the shirt I sang for the first time at the Grand Ole Opry with," he says, showing the shirt. "So that's really special."
Fresh off his handful of ACM wins, Lambert is on the Top Country Album on Billboard Music Awards this weekend in Nashville. Next month, they will compete for three CMT Music Awards thanks to his rockin 'music videos for "Somethin' Bad" and "Little Red Wagon."
