"I was thinking of getting my own boot line, because I just could not find them.”

That led her to partner with a group of footwear based in St. Louis, with a list of things she had hoped to find in shoes and boots. "It's fun to dress up , but at the end of the day , I'm back in my jeans and t-shirts at home hanging out on the four-wheeler , " she said. " It takes that dress for fun, but you need everyday use , too. That's what I 'm focused on.”

But do not expect to see her trying to leave Christian Louboutin designs and crazy colors. In fact, the wildest style that she has right now is the pair of silver cowboy boots she wore to the CMA (above). “Keep it simple. They can not go crazy with the design because you need something to everyone," he said of his design philosophy. "I learned that with the purchase of my shop, especially at first. You have to have some neutral or paint yourself into a corner."
